This is a Further Competition under Lot 3 of the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Estates Professional Services Framework RM6168. Lot 3: Agency and Lease Management The services under this current contract comprises outstanding rent reviews for a number of years from 2019 to 2024, and future reviews for 2025. CPGI retain a number of work packages in-house, and what is being advertised in this tender is a request for bids to provide a Rent Review service for a defined list of required transactions to support the Authority in the operation and management of the commercial portfolio.
