Die Universität Hamburg führt als zentrale Vergabestelle gemäß §4 VgV für die HafenCity Universität Hamburg (HCU) ein Offenes Verfahren für eine Lieferleistung durch. Ziel der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferleistung eines luftgestützten bathymetrischen kooperativen Messystems, das aus zwei bathymetrischen Fluggeräten (unmanned arial vehicle - UAV) mit jeweils einem bathymetrischen Laserscanner inkl. Zubehör und Transportkoffer besteht sowie die Einweisung/Schulung (Ort: DVocean), telefonischen Support durch den Anbieter/Hersteller und den Transport beinhaltet.
