Cleaning products, paper and plastic

Description

Hjelmeland kommune [Hjelmeland Municipality], hereafter called the contracting authority, intends to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The framework agreement will cover the need for cleaning products, paper and plastic to entities such as schools, nursery schools, medical centres, medical offices such as buildings and facilities/cleaning departments etc. The list is not exhaustive. Lot 1: The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer who can cover the need and ensure delivery of standardised products from approved manufactures with good quality, in accordance with the requirement specification. The supplier will cover the need for goods such as, but not limited to; waste sacks, disposable gloves, paper towel, hand soap, washing up detergent, chlorine tablets, mops, polish, sponges, cloths, hand disinfectant, dishwasher tablets/agents, door mats etc. During the entire contract period the supplier will be obligated to help minimise the municipality’ total costs, so that the relationship between the contracting authority and supplier is as efficient as possible. The contracting authority wants flexible cooperation that will facilitate finding good solutions along the way. The goods will be delivered to the different addresses listed in Annex 3 - Delivery Locations. The list may change during the contract period. Strand Municipality is engaged by Hjelmeland Municipality to lead the procurement process. The contract will only be between Hjelmeland Municipality and the winner of the competition.
