The Trust is seeking a provider for Internet Connectivity, Firewall, and Web/Application Filtering Services across its 21 academies. The contract includes the supply, installation, and ongoing management of secure and high-speed internet services, firewall protection, and content filtering solutions to ensure compliance with safeguarding and cybersecurity requirements. Lot 1: Internet Connectivity, Firewall and Services The Trust requires high-speed internet connectivity, firewall protection, and web/application filtering services for its 21 academies. The provider will be responsible for: Supplying and maintaining reliable, high-performance internet. Implementing cybersecurity measures, including firewall protection. Providing filtering to ensure compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards. Installing and integrating with existing systems. Offering ongoing support and maintenance. The contract will focus on value, security, and compliance with educational needs. Lot 2: Filtering of Web and Application Web and application filtering restricts access to harmful or inappropriate content across the Trust's network. This includes: Content Filtering: Blocking non-compliant websites and applications. Customizable Settings: Tailored filtering for each academy. Real-time Monitoring: Live tracking to block unauthorized content. Reporting & Logging: Providing detailed logs of blocked content. The service ensures a safe online environment and complies with safeguarding requirements.
