Construction work for pipelines, communication and power lines

The contracting authority wants to purchase the Works for the process plant at compressor station Everdrup (CS Everdrup) including the metering station Everdrup (MS Everdrup) for sweet and dry natural gas, contains all works to complete a fully functional electrically driven compressor station according to the specifications and with a lifespan of minimum 30 years. The works are within the following boundaries: The battery limit to the gas transmission of the Baltic pipe is by insulation couplings at the scraper stations. Electricity supply is delivered at 50KV substation on the CS Everdrup site. The station control SCADA is connected to the Danish national control center (Kontrol Center Gas, KCG) and the plant is operated remotely from there, redundant optic fibre connections battery limit is at scraper stations. The contract will contain, but not be limited to, the following: — all process piping including valves, instruments, actuators, etc. — filters — gas coolers, — metering runs incl. gas analysis equipment, — gas recovery unit, — vent system, — all cabling for electrical equipment, — station control system, — fire and gas detections and protection systems, — service building, — compressor buildings, — metering building, — cathodic protection container, — transformers 50/20 kV, — internal roads including paving and asphalt, — green areas and plantation within process plant area, — site CCTV, access control and intrusion control system, — fencing (for the whole station including around administration and storage building and the local distribution company (CERIUS) 50kV station area), — construction site with provisionary site control during the construction period, — a plan for decommissioning of the plant at the end of its life time, — any other works or components necessary for the operation of the plant, not specifically excluded.
