Framework agreements - Consultancy services in the areas of Maintenance Management and Project Management

Description

The framework agreements concern consultancy services related to safety, emergency preparedness and security in the petroleum activities on the Norwegian continental shelf and onshore, and other offshore industries including onshore facilities. The framework agreements can also cover assistance from consultants for assignments in Ptil´s (the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway's) premises if needed. The agreements include the following lots: - Lot 1: Maintenance management in all stages of the petroleum activities and other offshore industries including onshore facilities - Lot 2: Project management in all stages of the petroleum activities and other offshore industries including onshore facilities The assignments will vary in extent from simple analyses or assessments to more in-depth reviews. -Separate framework agreements shall be entered for each lot. Tenders can be submitted for one lot or both. The framework agreements period is 2 years from 04.01.2024, with an option for a further extension of 1 year + 1 year. Lot 1: LOT 1 – Maintenance management The lot covers maintenance management in all stages of the petroleum activities and other offshore industries including onshore facilities. The work may include assessments and development work related to maintenance management in all stages of the petroleum activities and other offshore industries including any onshore facilities. Regular assignments may be related to: - Management, follow-up and improvement of maintenance management (e.g. related to organisation and management, systems, interfaces, aggregation of data, reports, etc.). Lot 2: Lot 2 - Project management Description of the procurement The lot covers project management in all stages of the petroleum activities and other offshore industries including any onshore facilities. The work may include assessments and development work related to the implementation of all types of projects in the petroleum activities and other offshore industries including onshore facilities i.a. independent development projects, modification projects, lifetime extensions and tie-ins.
