Rhayader - The Outdoors Capital of Wales - Online Platform Management
Published
Description
Brand Rhayader are looking for a company or individual to grow the new brand via its online platforms. A new website has recently been developed incorporating the new branding and feel for Rhayader – The Outdoors Capital of Wales. We now require the website and social media platforms to be optimised to increase traffic to the site and really cement our brand values with consumers visiting the area. Currently the website generates circa £2000 in advertising space which we hope to grow, and with the growth we hope to invest further with targeted campaigns. But currently that is the annual budget for this project. We expect the applicant to supply us with their proposal on how we collectively could achieve the following outputs with the budget above; • Fully optimised site – Rhayader.co.uk that is responsive on all media platforms, a site that has full SEO and all content is aligned to its key words making it the number one place attraction in Wales. • Carry out keyword research and supply baseline data. • Up to date relevant information – The site does not hold any out of date or irrelevant information. • Update some content, adding/modifying content to ensure site is kept up to date (see below). • A measurable site and media – All platforms have a baseline of visitors and we can understand growth in visits, clicks per page and any other pertinent information in the form of a short report on a 6 monthly basis. Ensuring that successful visits can be tracked and measured from our baseline data. • Social Media Management – All social media platforms are aligned to the website and managed to increase the visitors. Including selecting the right platforms to be on. • Influencer Management –Rhayader strive to engage with influencers and networking with brand ambassadors. We welcome all proposals, including those where you would prioritise certain points and are unable to budget for the whole proposal, or input on how we can make the best use of the budget available. In those instances we would require a rationale as to why certain parts are not relevant or needed to achieve our objective. The proposal should also include your knowledge and understanding of the area and experience with examples of projects undertaken in the past, especially those projects similar to Rhayader.co.uk. Content management has not been specifically listed as an action, albeit small content management will be required for example changing the imagery regularly based on seasons from our stock library. In terms of adding and removing adverts this will be done by the Rhayader team. The successful applicant will be working with a small group of volunteers from Rhayader 2000 (tourism group) and Rhayader Town Councillors. Please provide a fully costed proposal before 22 October 2021 at 5pm.
