Request for Information regarding the Provision of Business Solutions Platform

The Road Safety Authority (RSA) is considering the procurement for managed services support and maintenance, development services, and cloud migration for its Business Solutions Platform (BSP) which is a single digital touchpoint for the delivery of services to RSA customers. This market sounding is to determine the nature and capabilities of service providers to implement these services, to provide the RSA with a full understanding of the extent to which the market is in a position to provide the required services, and enable the RSA to more accurately formulate an overall approach in tendering for our requirements and inform the preparation of detailed specifications and tender documentation. Please note: • This is not a public procurement competition. • This Request for Information does not constitute an invitation to tender. • This exercise is not a pre-qualification exercise and detailed proposals are not required. • This is an information gathering exercise only, seeking the views of service providers on possible approaches that may be taken in a tender process which may be undertaken in the near future. • Such information may be used by the Contracting Authority to inform any specifications and procurement documents drafted in any future procurement competition for the provision of its Business Solutions Platform.
