Ringsted Kommune ønsker at indgå prisaftale på tandproteser og tandprotetisk arbejde til pensionister i Ringsted Kommune, som kan få ydelser ift. Lov om social pension jf. seneste lovbekendtgørelse nr. 527 af 25. april 2022 og Lov om højeste, mellemste, forhøjet og almindelig førtidspension m.v. jf. seneste lovbekendtgørelse nr. 528 af 25. april 2022. Pensionslovens regler om helbredstillæg, betyder at pensionister, som har helbredskort efter ansøgning kan bevilges tilskud til delvis dækning af udgifterne til tandproteser og tandprotetisk arbejde. Tillægget beregnes i forhold til maksimalt 85 pct. af pensionistens egen andel af udgiften. Pensionisten kan frit vælge en anden leverandør end den leverandører, kommunen har indgået prisaftale med.
