Zur Vereinfachung des Stellenausschreibungsverfahrens beabsichtigt die KBV für sich und drei ihr zugehörige Unternehmen eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit einer Anzeigenagentur zur Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen, i. d. R. in Online-Medien, abzuschließen. Lot 1: Jährlich werden rund 260 Anzeigenschaltungen für die KBV und ihre Töchter in ganz unterschiedlichen Bereichen ausgeschrieben. Die Abteilung Personalverwaltung der KBV ist für die zentrale Veröffentlichung aller Stellenausschreibungen verantwortlich. Das erfordert einen großen administrativen Aufwand und daher sucht die KBV einen zuverlässigen Partner, der sämtliche Satz- und Layoutarbeiten, die Überwachung der ordnungsgemäßen Veröffentlichungen sowie die Abwicklung sämtlicher Geschäftsvorgänge mit den Verlagen und Portalen auf der Grundlage des ausgeschriebenen Leistungsumfangs regional und überregional übernimmt.
