Bradford Diocesan Academies Trust (BDAT) is a Multi-Academy Trust providing education for young people between the ages 2-18. In line with public procurement regulations the Trust is tendering for payroll bureau services with a self-service HR portal/app allowing for employees to update and manage their personal details as well as access to payroll authorising documentation, e.g. overtime, leave requests, etc. The initial contract will be for 3 years, with the option to extend for another 2 years, with annual reviews ensuring service is of the highest quality. The contract will be awarded to the successful applicant in February 2023, with the service commencing on the 1st September 2023. The service is to run individual payrolls for each location under a single PAYE Reference number, the Trust currently has nineteen locations, soon to be twenty, and has around 1,500 employees.
