Speicherbehälter (Wärmespeicher / Kältespeicher) EZO Lot 1: Die Stadtwerke Bochum Holding GmbH (StwBoH) wird auf dem Areal Mark 51°7, Bochum eine innovative und effiziente Wärme- und Kälteversorgung mit einem hohen Anteil an erneuerbarer Energie bauen. Das Versorgungskonzept beinhaltet Anlagentechnik zur Wärme- und Kälteerzeugung, welches in der "Energiezentrale Ost" errichtet werden soll. Die geplante Energiezentrale Ost wird sich auf einem öffentlichen, gepflasterten Platz befinden. Teil, der zu planenden Energiezentrale Ost, ist die 10 kV Station. Sie ist vollständig in das Gebäude integriert und wird planungstechnisch als komplett zugehörig zum restlichen Gebäude betrachtet. Die 10 kV- Station wird im Zuge der Baumaßnahme vollständig mit geplant und anschließend ausgeführt.
