Los 2: Die SAB wird die gastronomische Bewirtschaftung verschiedener Bereiche im Gebäude Gerberstr. 5, 04105 Leipzig in Form eines Dienstleistungsvertrages vergeben. Diese umfassen im Wesentlichen: • Bewirtschaftung der Kaffee- und Teeküchen auf den Etagen (nach Bedarf) • Konferenzbewirtung sowie Bewirtung in den Beratungsräumen (nach Bedarf) • Bewirtung des Vorstandes (nach Bedarf) Die SAB wird darüber hinaus am gleichen Standort (Los 2: Gebäude Gerberstr. 5, 04105 Leipzig) die gastronomische Bewirtschaftung weiterer Bereiche in Form eines Konzessionsvertrages vergeben. Diese umfassen im Wesentlichen: • das Betriebsrestaurant (Mittagsversorgung) sowie • die CoffeeBar (Zwischenverpflegung, anschließend Abendgeschäft als Barbetrieb) Hinweis: Die Flächen des Betriebsrestaurants und der CoffeeBar werden an den Konzessionsnehmer mittels eines Pachtvertrages verpachtet.
