Beschaffungsgegenstand istdie Bereitstellung eines Services für den Versand von SMS. Für die datensichere Abwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen benötigt der Benutzer neben Benutzerkennung/Passwort als ersten Faktor einen verifizierten zweiten Faktor (Mobiltelefonnummer). Für dieses Verfahren setzt die TK einen Zwei-FaktorAuthentifizierungs-Service (2FA-Service) ein, der Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist. Lot 1: Beschaffungsgegenstand ist die Bereitstellung eines Services für den Versand von SMS. Für die datensichere Abwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen benötigt der Benutzer neben Benutzerkennung/ Passwort als ersten Faktor einen verifizierten zweiten Faktor (Mobiltelefonnummer).
