In order to properly understand sentiment and be able to track engagement effectively, Corporate Affairs are required to procure an employee engagement platform. The platform supplier should: • Help to define a new colleague engagement index, and therefore have a deep understanding of industry best practice, and current and emerging data and employee engagement trends is required. • Offer ongoing training, assistance and best practice guidance, to ensure we maximise the capability within the platform and support upskilling within our organisation. The platform should be live to enable the development of our Colleague Engagement Index.
