Description
RSSB seeks to procure research to quantify the pollutant emissions performance of different diesel engines and test these against the applicable emission standards. The project will investigate and quantify emission performance changes using diesel and HVOs. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
