Anlass des zu vergebenden Auftrags ist ein Ersuchen seitens der Hamburger Bürgerschaft zum Schutz vor Extremwetterereignissen, in dem unter anderem eine Informationskampagne zur Sensibilisierung der Hamburgerinnen und Hamburger für individuelle Präventionsmaßnahmen und Informationsmöglichkeiten zu Starkregen und Hochwassergefahren gefordert werden. Der inhaltliche Fokus dieser Ausschreibung ist thematisch breiter gefasst und umfasst ausdrücklich auch andere Extremwetterereignisse wie Trockenheit und Hitze. Ein Kommunikationskonzept wurde bereits erarbeitet und bildet die Grundlage für diesen Auftrag. Ziel des zu vergebenden Auftrags ist die Durchführung der Informationskampagne zum Schutz vor Extremwetter, basierend auf dem bestehenden Kommunikationskonzept.
