East Suffolk Council (ESC) is looking to appoint a consultant or team of consultants to undertake financial assessments/ development viability appraisals throughout the development of a hybrid planning application - 350 home outline with detailed infrastructure elements - for two key strategic brownfield sites (former Sanyo and Survitec sites - 8Ha in total) located on the South side of Lake Lothing, Lowestoft, in the area often referred to as the Kirkley Waterfront.
