Description
All property across the council has the potential to suffer from damp, wet rot or dry rot. Identifying and treating this or carrying out remedial works is dealt with by specialist companies. Whilst this requirement is mainly found in the council’s housing properties the works may be required across any of the council estate. We therefore seek a contractor to survey for damp/ wet/ dry rot and carry out the associated remedial works to bring a property up to standard.
