Tromsø and Karlsøy municipality, c/o the Section for Procurements in Tromsø municipality (henceforth referred to as Contracting Authorities) invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement - Temporary staff recruitment agency services for Tromsø and Karlsøy municipality. Tromsø municipality has the secretarial function for this contest and will ensure contact with tenderers on behalf of the contracting authorities. For further information of the contracting authorities: www.tromso.kommune.no and www.karlsoy.kommune.no. The objective of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements for temporary staff services within the following position categories: • Nurses • Health Workers Other job categories can be required for health workers. Lot 1: The objective of this agreement is to achieve benefits for both parties through mutual cooperation, effective communication and simplified routines. The framework agreement regulates the commercial relations between the parties. In addition to fulfilling all the conditions given in the agreement, the parties are obliged to cooperate so that the service can be as efficient as possible.
