A2Dominion Housing Group Ltd wishes to tender for the provision of a legal services framework panel for the parent, its subsidiary companies and joint venture partnerships for a 4-year term and divided into seven (7) lots. Each lot will include a number of economic operators and the estimated value of the framework is between GBP 2 500 000 and GBP 6 000 000 per annum (p.a.) and between GBP 10 000 000 to GBP 24 000 000 over the duration of the framework. Group and sector structures/restructuring; mergers and acquisitions; new entity formation; joint ventures; shared services; due diligence; corporate protection; overall corporate governance and constitutional advice; existing and emerging regulatory requirements; statutory advice; charity law; consumer credit; etc... Contentious and non-contentious: anti-social behaviour. Injunctions, orders, disrepair dispute resolution; debt recovery; possessions; enforcement proceedings; gas servicing access; abandonment/trespasser actions; asset management advice; home loss, decanting. General tenancy/agreement advice for a range of tenures; policy advice; advice on allocations and nominations, including agreements (online and signed); demotions; mutual exchanges; and other areas; etc... General advice and conveyancing (all tenures including shared ownership), staircasing; open market sale sales; re-sales; repossessions; right to buy/acquire; leasehold deeds of variation/rectification, licences; lease advice, lease extensions, lease surrenders, buy backs; assignments; HCA disposals regime; intermediate market rent related advice, sub-letting, collective enfranchisements, etc. Site acquisition and disposals; site set up; plot sales; joint ventures; planning agreements and section 106 agreements; highways agreements; all aspects of land and property conveyancing for different tenures; building licences; easements; right of way; boundary disputes; construction law advice; consultant appointment letters; JCTs and other building contracts; warranties; performance bonds; HCA disposals regime; partnering agreements; etc... Advice relating to existing and new facilities (including Bond issues)/lending arrangements; changes to existing facilities and associated documentation; advice on general finance related matters. Securitisation; etc... TUPE, pensions; employment issues including contracts, disputes, grievances, tribunals; compromise agreements; application of TUPE; pensions advice, and guidance; etc... Data protection advice e.g. fair processing statements, and privacy notices, consent forms. Health and safety law and procurement law.
