TEC Partnership - M Block Roof Replacement

Description
The project comprises of replacing the roof covering on our M Block building. This will require removing the existing roof and insulation before replacing. There will be enabling works to remove the existing plant, and allowance will need to be made for reconnection on completion of the new roof covering, plus the installation of new roof lights. The proposed roofs are to be carried out to the Alumasc Roofing accompanying specification, which is based on the use of Callech UV a single component, cold-applied, moisture-triggered coating.
