procédure formalisée (art L2124-1 du Code) de type appel d'offres ouvert (art L2124-2 du Code) conformément aux articles R2124-1 & 2 et R2161-2 à 5 du Code.Dans le cadre du plan de prévention et de sécurité mis en oeuvre par la Ville d'Arles, il s'agit d'étendre et de maintenir le système de vidéo protection urbaine existant.Deux lots en accords-cadres mono-attributaires (1 par lot) conformément aux articles R2162-1 à 6 du Code.Pour chaque lot, le marché est conclu à compter du 1er janvier 2024 ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure, pour une période de 1 an, renouvelable tacitement 3 fois par période successive de 1 an.L'estimation indicative indiquée correspond au montant maximum des deux lots sur la durée totale maximale
