Provision of Payroll Processing Services to PIAB

The purpose of this Request for Tenders (‘RFT’) is to award a contract for the provision of Payroll Processing Services for a period of three years with an option to extend by two further periods of twelve months. PIAB is inviting tenders from payroll providers to deliver payroll processing services which involves the payment of PIAB staff, pensioners and board members. All payees are to be paid through the PAYE tax system and by electronic transfer. Currently there are approximately 90 payees on the PIAB payroll. This includes 75 employees, 13 pensioners and 4 board members. Board members are paid monthly (mid-month) staff and pensioners are paid fortnightly (Thursday). PIAB HR Manager and Finance Manager are responsible for paying all employees, pensioners and board members accurately and on time.
