Kilkenny County Council (Contracting Authority )has identified the need to engage the services of a multidisciplinary landscape architecture and engineering led design team to prepare a masterplan for the future development of a high quality, community centered and multi-functional local park on a greenfield site in Christendom, Ferrybank, in south Kilkenny. The successful consultancy team will also be required to progress the preferred design option through the planning process. The scope of the brief also stipulates the requirement of fulfilling the role of Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) along with the procurement of specialist services, and all other services as prescribed, to advance the scheme.
