Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service are seeking a Provider to deliver the implementation and ongoing provision of a Duty Management System. The single system will be required to cover Wholetime Firefighters, On Call Firefighters, Control Room and Fire Staff. The contract term shall be 3 years +1+1 The authority are seeking the implementation and ongoing supply of a duty management system. System go live must be by 28 February 2024
