Consultancy to act as an External Audio Visual (AV) Expert to the Department of Foreign Affairs

The Department of Foreign Affairs request a quotation for the provision of an expert Audio Visual (AV) consultant advisor to review and comment on AV proposals prepared by external consultants on projects overseas and to ensure the proposals are in-line with the Department’s requirements as set out in the standard Audio Visual (AV) briefs and the requirements set out by the State Agencies where applicable. In addition the Audio Visual (AV) consultant will be required to update the Department’s standard AV briefs as required and to consult with the State Agencies to ensure their brief is up to date. Finally, In some instances the Audio Visual (AV) consultant may be required to design and specify the Audio Visual (AV) proposal for specific projects either in Ireland or overseas. The successful Audio Visual (AV) consultant will work closely with the Contracting Authority’s Dublin-based Project Managers and Technical leads, and with other stakeholders as appropriate, in the development of the specification, design and delivery of the project. The successfully engaged Audio Visual (AV) Consultant will be required to provide the following key services outlined in the CFT Documents.
