Evaluation of Adult Skills Provision in West Yorkshire

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (CA) is seeking two external consultants to carry out evaluation works on two projects (one for each), namely: 1. Evaluation of Adult Skills Provision in West Yorkshire, and; 2. Evaluation of West Yorkshire UK Shared Prosperity Fund Lot 99577: Evaluation of Adult Skills Provision in West Yorkshire The Combined Authority is seeking an external consultant to carry out evaluation work in line with the Adult Skills Evaluation Framework. Adult Skills is a key intervention in our social economy and will be for the foreseeable future. It is therefore the intention to deliver a set of investigations and tools that were used for 3 years of delivery data for adult skills provision. This would allow for the design of a longitudinal evaluation of adult skills intervention in West Yorkshire.
