Das Institut für Mikro- und Nanostrukturforschung (IMN) beschafft ein spezielles hochauflösendes SEM/STEM für die mehrdimensionale Analyse neuer Nanomaterialien. Das neue Mikroskop wird in Kombination mit eigenen methodischen Entwicklungen einzigartig an der Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg sein und die Forschungskapazitäten der Elektronenmikroskopie-Einrichtung des Center for Nanoanalysis and Electron Microscopy (CENEM) in den Schlüsselbereichen i) strahlempfindliche Materialien, ii) niedrigdimensionale Materialien, iii) In-situ-Mikroskopie und iv) Hochdurchsatz- & korrelative Arbeitsabläufe. erweitern.
