This is a prior information notice (PIN) only: Publication and a call for competition will be conducted once the scope of work is fully defined and approved. This programme aims to unlock economic transformation and boost inclusive growth by targeting barriers to investment and the creation of good quality jobs in productive sectors for the poorest in society. It will support DFID and HMG country offices and partner governments through targeted demand-led technical assistance on investment climate reform and economic transformation and provide long term and in-depth implementation support to a small number of partner governments to help reduce the uncertainty (and risk) of businesses investing in DFID priority countries (both current and new geographies) and help those countries on their paths to economic transformation. Note, there are 2 elements to registration which must not be confused with each other: 1) Suppliers must register their interest to PROJ10086 on the DFID Supplier Portal to ensure they receive all communications and updates; 2) Within the profile of PROJ10086 on the portal, there are attachments containing additional documents which contain information about the programme/EME.
