Perth & Kinross Council (PKC) wish to implement in-cab technology (hardware and software) within the Refuse Collection Vehicle (RCV) fleet. The overall objective is to implement technology that will allow PKC’s waste and recycling collection services to be optimised in terms of real-time routing, scheduling and back-office administration. PKC is seeking views and information from industry for market research purposes. This PIN notice is being published for market research purposes only. A document providing an overview and high-level requirements is provided. Interested suppliers are asked to complete questions in the provided response form and email this to WasteProcurement@pkc.gov.uk by 17:00 on Monday 21 September 2020.
