The Contracting Entity is seeking to increase quayside or port throughput by attracting national and international operators in the Commercial, industrial, logistics and distribution sectors to establish a base of operation at Foynes port under a landlord governance model with the assistance of commercial, industrial and logistics property advisors to establish a pathway to meet this objective. The Contracting Entity proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for the provision of Industrial and Logistic Property Advisors/agents.
