The Planned Investment service is responsible for delivering a programme of works including decent homes components, major works and cyclical decorations, with a value of circa £3M per annum. The planned investment and regeneration major works are to be provided to Clarion owned and managed Properties across the South West of England in areas such as Plymouth, Bristol, Mid Devon and South Gloucestershire. These Properties are a mix of general needs, supported housing and Leaseholder/shared ownership properties. Additional information: Clarion Housing Group intends to run a Contractor Engagement session in the Exeter area on Wednesday 19th October 2022.
