Projektet der benævnes Funktionsudbud, Rampe, Librakaj, er en del af et større projekt benævt Østhavn, Etape 4.2. Hele projektet omhandler etableringen af en ny kaj, benævnt Scorpiuskaj, samt etableringen af en ny bevægelig rampe ved Libra kaj. Nærværende entreprise omhandler alene arbejderne ifm. etableringen af en ny rampeved Libra kaj. Projektet er beliggende på Esbjerg Havns sydlige del, med tilkørsel fra Zodiakvej. Tryk her https://permalink.mercell.com/186688490.aspx Lot 1: Totalentreprisen indeholder design, produktion, levering og montering af en bevægelig rampe til Librakaj. Til rampen levers teknikhus til styring af denne samt oplæring af personale til betjening af rampen samt efterfølgende serviceaftale. Entrepriseform Arbejdet udbydes som et funktionsudbud i totalentreprise og entreprisen betragtes som et bygge- og anlægsarbejde. Under entreprisen hører samtlige ydelser, biydelser, arbejder og leverancer, der er nødvendige for den fuldstændige og konditionsmæssige færdiggørelse af entreprisen i henhold til de krav, der fremgår af det samlede udbudsmateriale - også de arbejder der ikke måtte være beskrevet i udbudsmaterialet.
