Verlängerung der Pflege des Linzenzbestandes und Lizenzerweiterung von den in der Regierung von Schwaben eingesetzten Kofax-Scannern. Vertragsbeginn: 01.07.2024 Grundlaufzeit: bis 30.06.2027, Verlängerungsoption: 1 Mal 12 Monate bis längstens 30.06.2028 Die Zuschlagserteilung ist zeitnah nach Auswertung der eingegangenen Angebote geplant. Im Rahmen der Zuschlagserteilung werden ein ? EVB-IT- Pflegevertrag (Kurzfassung) ? EVB-IT- Überlassungsvertrag Typ A abgeschlossen. Der beigefügte Dienstleistungsvertrag wird nach Zuschlagserteilung entsprechend übersandt und dient zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt lediglich Ihrer Information. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt vorbehaltlich der Bereitstellung entsprechender Haushaltsmittel.
