The Council invites Tenders for the purpose of establishing a Framework Agreement for the supply of certain Goods, more particularly described in the Specification. The Council's intention is to enter into a Framework Agreement split into 4 lots as detailed below. All suppliers that score a threshold of 75 % (price / quality) will be appointed on to the framework for each lot applied for. — Lot 1 Hot Asphalt (Tarmac), — Lot 2 Stone and Aggregates, — Lot 3 Recycled Aggregate, — Lot 4 Ready Mixed Concrete.
