Der Freistaat Bayern, vertreten durch die Staatliche Führungsakademie für Ernährung, Landwirtschaft und Forsten (Auftraggeber), beabsichtigt auf der Basis dieser Vertragsunterlagen den Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung für die Lieferung von Arbeitsschutzbekleidung Forst für das Bayerische Staatsministerium für Ernährung, Landwirtschaft, Forsten und Tourismus und seinen nachgelagerten Behörden mit einem Lieferanten (Auftragnehmer). Inhalt dieser Ausschreibung ist die geplante Auftragsvergabe für die Fachlose "Forstliche Arbeitsjacke" und "Regenjacke mit Warnfunktion". Die Rahmenvereinbarung soll für einen Zeitraum von 2 Jahren zuzüglich einer zweimaligen Verlängerungsoption von jeweils 1 Jahr (somit mögliche Gesamtlaufzeit 4 Jahre) geschlossen werden. Der Zuschlag erfolgt auf das wirtschaftlichste Angebot nach der Freien Verhältniswahl Preis/Leistung (30% Preis; 70% Leistung).
