Works may vary from general decoration to extensive repairs and replacements of key components. Meet The Buyer Event Maryhill's void repairs contract is up for renewal in 2024 and we are holding a "Meet The Buyer" event to establish interest in the market for this opportunity, provide further details about the opportunity and discuss with potential bidders their abilities, capacity, ideas for the procurement etc. This will be a multiple year agreement with an initial period of 3 years followed by options to extend annually up to a maximum of 5 years in total. Maryhill HA have around 250 void properties per year and spend around GBP 600,000 gross per annum on various works to these properties.
