Description

Extra Care Housing is an alternative to other forms of accommodation with care and support. It allows people to maintain their independence in their own homes. This model reduces the risk of isolation that can lead to an increase in physical and mental health needs, and often subsequently an increase in funded support. The Authority is seeking a strategic partnership with a Provider(s) to work with through a relational commissioning approach and to establish the achievement of improved outcomes for Wandsworth residents. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Chestnut House Under the the Light Touch Regime, the Authority has designed its own procedure. The contract opportunity is divided into two (2) lots representing the name of the Extra Care Housing Scheme from which the services are to be delivered. Lot 1 relates to the provision of services at Chestnut House. The contract will be for an initial period of four (4) years, commencing on 01 September 2025 and will be subject to extension by further period(s) up to an aggregate of two (2) years at the absolute discretion of the Authority. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Ensham House Under the the Light Touch Regime, the Authority has designed its own procedure. The contract opportunity is divided into two (2) lots representing the name of the Extra Care Housing Scheme from which the services are to be delivered. Lot 2 relates to the provision of services at Ensham House. The contract will be for an initial period of four (4) years, commencing on 01 September 2025 and will be subject to extension by further period(s) up to an aggregate of two (2) years at the absolute discretion of the Authority.
