Ved nærværende udbud ønsker Ordregiver at indhente tilbud på fjernvarmerør, komponenter og arbejdet derfor, til udførelse af bygherres projekterede fjernvarmesystem. Leverancen omfatter alle ydelser i forbindelse med indkøb af fjernvarmerør, komponenter og montage af de angivne mængder og størrelser. I anden entreprise udføres jord- og reetableringsarbejde og tilstødende udføres etableringen af varmeværkerne. Lot 1: Udbuddet gennemføres som et Udbud med forhandling med forudgående indkaldelse af tilbud, hvilket indebærer, at kun ansøgere der er opfordret til at afgive tilbud kan deltage i budsafgivelsen. Ordregiver forholder sig retten til at tildele kontrakten på basis af de indledende tilbud.
