Framework agreement planning work (1)

Description

The framework agreement is for assignments for formulating formal plans in accordance with the Planning and Building Act, including necessary project development activities in order to ensure a 'mature project' before the formal planning work, in accordance with the goals given in the project mandate for each individual project. The consultant will manage, organise, and drive the process with formulating the plan, including work on the necessary basic, analysis, and review work.
