The purpose of the procurement is to meet Lørenskog municipality's needs for electrical articles for offices, houses and institutions to be used by the municipality's businesses in a quality-conscious and cost-effective manner. The other central focus areas for the framework agreement are, amongst others, reduced environmental impact, optimisation and standardisation of the assortment, management of consumption and procurements through cataloguing and analysing work. Emphasis will also be put on sobriety and control of consumption. The framework agreement will ensure good cooperation with a loyal partner with good knowledge and experience, who is continually able to comply with the purpose of the framework agreement. Lot 1: Lørenskog Municipality invites tenderers to a tender contest for electrical articles for offices, homes and institutions. Purpose of the procurement The purpose of the procurement is to meet Lørenskog municipality's needs for electrical articles for offices, houses and institutions to be used by the municipality's businesses in a quality-conscious and cost-effective manner. Scope of the procurement The contracting authority would like tenders for a framework agreement for the procurement of electronic articles. The contract will be organised as staggered call-offs (orders). The contract will at all times apply to all the Contracting Authority's addresses in the municipality. The estimated scope of the contract is NOK 8 million over a 4-year period. The estimated value is based on a rough estimate of consumption against the current agreement over the past four years. The scope may increase during the contract period if the agreement works well and due to increased needs based on increase in the population in the municipality, etc. The stated estimated scope cannot be considered binding for the municipality. Exceptions: AV equipment, projectors, canvases, screens, mobile cameras, systems for wireless transmission from PC to screens, video conference system control systems/control panels for AV equipment, sound systems, lighting (for meeting rooms). Small electrical goods for offices, houses and institutions. Coffee makers, hand mixers, blenders, kettles, waffle irons, vacuum cleaners, table-top fans, etc. The delivery also includes removal, carrying, unpacking and assembly of the product at the designated location. Packaging must be returned upon delivery. Used goods must be able to be returned and disposed of as EE - waste (electrical/electronic waste).
