The Constabulary will be replacing this with a new one to start 1st October 2026 and want to hear from small and medium sized business who are passionate about meeting and delivering added social value to Lancashire. The new Framework is likely to be split into the following disciplines of work: • Building and Joinery (including Groundworks) • Plumbing • Roofing • Electrical • Drainage The estimated spend for the replacement framework will be between £3 million to £4 million over the four years. The objective of the event is to provide background on the Constabulary Estates and Facilities Management department, details about the requirements and expectations for successful suppliers, and the procurement process for applications to the new Framework. Contract Management will also play an important part for the successful suppliers on the Framework. Successful suppliers will be encouraged to develop a Social Value Action Plan. Come along and speak to members of Lancashire Constabulary Estates team, who will be on hand at the event to answer any queries about the framework. The Chamber are happy to provide access to a procurement professional on the day for those businesses who want to cut through red tape, secure a contact within the buying organisations, and have a better understanding of bidding for public contracts.
