St Helens Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor for the CRSTS Highway Capital Maintenance Programme 2024/25 - Carriageway Resurfacing Works (Bulk Tender Number 2).\r \r Carriageway resurfacing will be on the following roads:\r \r 1. Coldstone Drive - Billinge & Seneley Green\r 2. Garswood Road - Billinge & Seneley Green\r 3. Leyland Green Road - Billinge & Seneley Green\r 4. Strange Road - Billinge & Seneley Green\r 5. Trent Road - Billinge & Seneley Green\r 6. Avon Road & Trent Road - Billinge & Seneley Green\r 7. Whiteside Road - Blackbrook\r 8. Clipsley Lane - Haydock\r 9. Penny Lane - Haydock \r 10. Queens Road - Haydock\r 11. Mercer Street - Newton East\r 12. Mill Lane - Newton East \r 13. Wargrave Road - Newton East \r 14. Queens Drive - Newton West \r 15. Broad Oak Road - Parr\r 16. Fleet Lane - Parr Phase 1 \r 17. Fleet Lane - Parr Phase 2 \r 18. Malvern Road - Parr\r 19. Ormskirk Road - Rainford \r 20. Alder Hey Road - Windle \r 21. Queens Drive - Windle \r 22. Stuart Road - Windle\r \r For a full specification for this opportunity, please register you interest.\r \r Submissions shall be received by the Council by the closing date and time stated within the Instruction for Tendering document. No submission received after the closing date and time will be accepted other than where there are exceptional circumstances which may be considered by the Director of STAR Procurement in their sole discretion. Please note that tender submissions which are only partly uploaded at the closing date and time will be considered to have not been received and will be rejected by the Council.\r \r In submitting your quotation you agree to contract on the terms and conditions as detailed on The Chest.
