Für die bauseitige Baumaßnahme Kälteversorgung ist es erforderlich raumlufttechnische Anlagen zu installieren, da eine Belüftung des Arbeitsraumes über das Kellerfenster nicht möglich ist. Hierfür wird von der benachbarten Lüftungsanlage ein Zu- und ein Abluftanschluss bis in den Raum verlegt. Über angeschlossene Luftauslässe wird der erforderliche Raumluftwechsel realisiert. Des Weiteren ist die Installation eines wassergekühlten Umluftkühlgerätes vorgesehen. Der kühlwasserseitige Anschluss eerfolgt über die im Nachbarraum vorhandene Kühlwasserleitung zum Kopierraum.
