Organisational and management development

Description

Eksfin intends to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The tenderer will be responsible for preparing and implementing organisational and management development measures in our organisation and is expected to be able to deliver on all areas of the requirement specifications, including options, without the use of subcontractors. If, during the contract period, specific needs arise that the tenderer is unable to deliver or does not have the capacity to deliver, we reserve the right to source the service from other suppliers in the market. Lot 1: Eksfin intends to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The tenderer will be responsible for preparing and implementing organisational and management development measures in our organisation and is expected to be able to deliver on all areas of the requirement specifications, including options, without the use of subcontractors. The programme will be initiated in autumn 2023 and the framework agreement period is 2 years with option for 1+1 year extension of the contract. Further information on the scope and content of the procurement is provided in Annex 1 to the contract.
