This Prior Information Notice is to seek interest from suitably qualified service providers in the creation of a Framework Agreement, that can provide the supply and installation of: 1 Air Source Heat Pumps 2 Heat Interface Units 3 Solar Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Systems 4 Low Energy Lighting 5 Loft Insulation 6 External Wall Insulation, Under Floor Insultation, External Render Systems, Wall Cladding Systems, Cavity Wall Insulation 7 A combination of some or all of the above, as a sole supplier, providing a fully managed carbon reduction solution Procurement Assist invites interest from organisations wishing to participate in a 48 month Framework Agreement for the above Works. In addition, the Framework Agreement will cover the maintenance of such installations, including cyclical maintenance and breakdowns where applicable. The Framework Agreement will be accessible to Integrated Facilities Management Bolton (iFM Bolton), current and future Clients of Procurement Assist. The Framework Agreement may be used by all NHS Trusts, Social Housing Providers, Local Authorities, Blue Light Services, Education, Charities, and all other contracting authorities that are located in the United Kingdom including those listed in Schedule 1 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015/102. Integrated Facilities Management Bolton Limited (iFM Bolton Ltd) are a Contracting Authority by virtue of being a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Public Sector Body Bolton NHS Foundation Trust and can legally act under PCR2015 Regulation 37 (6) as Procurement Assist’s Contracting Authority. To register interest, please email Procurement Assist: tenders@procurementassist.co.uk stating "PA FW CRW 01 Supply and Installation of Carbon Reduction and Carbon Zero Initiatives" in the subject line of the email. Within your email please indicate the Lot or Lots your organisation would be interested in bidding for. It is anticipated the tender shall commence by 5 December 2022, with the procurement process completing by 10 February 2023. Clients can place contracts via the Framework from 13 February 2023. These timescales are indicative only. Lot 1: Supply and Installation of Air Source Heat Pumps and Infrastructure Equipment Lot 1 - Supply and Installation of Air Source Heat Pumps and Infrastructure Equipment - Lot 1 is seeking suitably qualified Service Providers to supply and install Air Source Heat Pumps and associated infrastructure. The Lot also includes the ongoing cyclical maintenance, repair and response to breakdowns. Systems are likely to be installed in domestic and commercial settings, across singular dwellings or across multiple sites as a programme of works. Lot 2: Supply and Installation of Heat Interface Units and Infrastructure Equipment Lot 2 - Supply and Installation of Heat Interface Units and Infrastructure Equipment - Lot 2 is seeking suitably qualified Service Providers to supply and install Heat Interface Units and associated infrastructure. The Lot also includes the ongoing cyclical maintenance, repair and response to breakdowns. Systems are likely to be installed in domestic and commercial settings, across singular dwellings or across multiple sites as a programme of works. Lot 3: Supply and Installation of Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Systems and Infrastructure Equipment Lot 3 - Supply and Installation of Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Systems and Infrastructure Equipment - Lot 3 is seeking suitably qualified Service Providers to supply and install Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Systems and associated infrastructure. The Lot also includes the ongoing cyclical maintenance, repair and response to breakdowns. Systems are likely to be installed in domestic and commercial settings, across singular dwellings or across multiple sites as a programme of works. Lot 4: Supply and Installation of Low Energy Lighting Lot 4 - Supply and Installation of Low Energy Lighting - Lot 1 is seeking suitably qualified Service Providers to supply and install Low Energy Lighting. The Lot also includes the maintenance of lighting systems. Low Energy Lighting is likely to be installed in domestic and commercial settings, across singular dwellings or across multiple sites as a programme of works. Lot 5: Supply and Installation of Loft Insulation (Virgin and Refill) Lot 5 - Supply and Installation of Loft Insulation - Lot 1 is seeking suitably qualified Service Providers to supply and install Loft Insulation to domestic and/or commercial dwellings. The Lot covers refill / top up of existing insulation, and virgin installations. Insulation types may include rockwool, recycled plastic insulation materials, sheet insulation such as foam board or polystyrene based insulation. Installation may be across singular dwellings or across multiple sites as a programme of works. Lot 6: Supply and Installation of External Wall Insulation, Under Floor Insulation, Render Insulation Systems, Wall Cladding Systems and Cavity Wall Insulation. Lot 5 - Supply and Installation of External Wall Insulation, Under Floor Insulation, Render Insulation Systems, Wall Cladding Systems and Cavity Wall Insulation - Lot 5 is seeking suitably qualified Service Providers to supply and install External Wall Insulation, Under Floor Insulation, Render Insulation Systems, Wall Cladding Systems and Cavity Wall Insulation. The Lot also includes the ongoing cyclical maintenance and repairs. Installations are likely to in domestic and commercial settings, across singular dwellings or across multiple sites as a programme of works. Lot 7: Managed Solution - Supply and Installation of Carbon Reduction and Carbon Zero Initiatives Managed Solution - Supply and Installation of Carbon Reduction and Carbon Zero Initiatives - Lot 7 is a combination of Lots 1-6, and will be used by Clients to provide a fully managed solution to deliver Zero Carbon Works across their domestic and commercial dwellings. Lot 7 can be any combination of Lots 1-6, and tailored to the Client's specific requirements. Lot 7 may be used by clients where several different work types across Lots 1-6 are required across the same sites/properties, and so makes economical sense to deliver the work as a package, rather than by separate workstream.
