FCA Legal Services Framework

Description

The FCA is seeking to establish a framework for the provision of legal services for a four-year period, to take effect from January 2025. <br/>The key objective of the procurement exercise is to obtain high quality support from a partner(s) that have strong knowledge of the areas and can deliver consistent, impartial, professional advice that offers excellent value for money.<br/>The Framework will consist of two Lots: <br/>Lot 1 – Public Sector Law <br/>Lot 2 – Corporate & Commercial Legal Services Lot 2: Corporate and Commercial Legal Services Lot 2 covers the FCA’s Corporate & Commercial Legal Services requirements as follows: Corporate and Commercial, <br/>Corporate Governance & Responsibility, <br/>Dispute Resolution / Litigation, <br/>Employment / Health & Safety, <br/>Environmental, <br/>Information Technology (including Artificial Intelligence (AI)), Data & Cyber, <br/>Intellectual Property & Media, <br/>Pensions, <br/>Real Estates & Facilities, <br/>Tax & Accounting Lot 1: Public Sector Law Lot 1 covers the FCA’s public sector law requirements as follows: <br/>Accountability & Audit/Risk, <br/>EU & International, <br/>Financial Services/ FSMA, <br/>Human Rights & Civil Liberties, <br/>Policy & Process, <br/>Procurement & Outsourcing, <br/>Payment Services & Systems/FSBRA, <br/>Public Law Litigation / Judicial Review / Regulatory Failure Investigations, <br/>Competition,<br/>Insolvency and Recovery advice
