Worcester City Council is inviting tenders for the refurbishment of the existing Gheluvelt Park splashpad. The maximum construction budget is £350,000 (excl. VAT). All of the budget does not necessarily have to be used to achieve the requirements. The proposal should offer value for money and price has been allocated a 30% weighting to reflect this.
