Udbuddet omfatter en rammeaftale om køb af murerydelser til Statens Serum Institut (herefter SSI). Rammeaftalen omfatter alt udvendigt og indvendigt murerarbejde på SSI. Udover den daglige drift og vedligeholdelse af bygningerne, sker der løbende fornyelse i-og udvidelse af bygningsmassen. Rammeaftalen omfatter endvidere mindre entrepriser(projekter), hvor ydelserne har en samlet værdi på mindre end DKK 1.000.000 ekskl. moms. Rammeaftalen inklusive de almindelige bestemmelser for bygge og anlæg (AB 18 Forenklet) med de i bilag 6, anførte fravigelser, udgør det samlede aftalegrundlag mellem parterne om udførelse af ydelser omfattet af rammeaftalen.
